It CAN Be Simple Sexy!

Here we are halfway through January 2022, so far so good! If you are like most of us, you have also probably considered how you can improve on your health and habits this year.

Let’s be truthful, we all want to look and feel our best, who wouldn’t right? However I know that signing up for a health plan, or fitness challenge, for a SET period of time can be daunting, overwhelming and just seem too hard! And too expensive and time consuming.

I can truthfully tell you; simple, significant, CONSISTENT habits CAN have a huge, positive impact on your physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Here are just 5 examples of habits that take under 5 minutes of your time:

  1. Fill and drink 2 x 1 litre bottles of water every day
  2. Take a quality probiotic
  3. Wake up, be grateful for at least 3 things in your life, take 10 deep breaths before you get out of bed, decide today is going to be a good day
  4. Add green (partically dark leafy greens) veggies to your meals/ diet. Can’t do it? Take a quality greens powder, just 1 scoop per day in a little water or juice
  5. Create a morning and evening routine to keep you focused and on track (hmm that topic may be my next blog)

That is just 5, there are so many simple habits that have a positive impact on your whole health, mind & body …floss your teeth, wake up early and plan your day for smooth sailing, meal plan, write a shopping list, laugh, move your booty, even if it’s just a walk to grab your morning coffee, seek to learn something new every day, read, garden, ride your bike, message someone you love, eat a piece of fruit, be kind, especially to yourself….the key is consistency!
